Diverter and blow-off valves (Turbosmart Kompact, TiAL Q/QR) hold boost better than worn factory valves on tuned N54, N55 and VW/Audi engines. External wastegates (TiAL MV-S, MV-R) are for custom turbo manifolds and big single-turbo builds.
