Services

GB Motors provides automotive performance, maintenance, repair, and detailing services. Quotes, pricing, and timelines are estimates and may change based on the condition of your vehicle and parts availability. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

SMS Text Messaging Program

Program name: GB Motors Alerts.

When you opt in, GB Motors will send you text messages about appointment confirmations, service reminders, order and vehicle status updates, and promotional offers.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

For help, reply HELP or contact us at the phone or email below. To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

We will not share your mobile opt-in information or phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Consent

Opting in to text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. You confirm that you are the account holder or have permission to enroll the phone number you provide.

Limitation of Liability

GB Motors is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or messaging program, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services or messaging program after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
