The 034Motorsport Stainless Steel Braided Brake Line Kit for the B10 Audi A5 and S5 is engineered to maximize durability and braking consistency under high heat and high-abuse conditions. Designed as a complete replacement for the factory front and rear brake hoses, this kit addresses the limitations of OEM rubber lines when exposed to repeated hard braking, elevated temperatures, and long-term wear. Each brake line features a Teflon inner liner surrounded by a tightly woven stainless steel braid that resists expansion under extreme hydraulic pressure. By minimizing line expansion, the system ensures that braking force is directed to the calipers rather than being absorbed by flexible hoses, helping maintain consistent brake operation even during aggressive or repeated braking events. A PVC outer covering adds an additional layer of protection against abrasion, road debris, and environmental exposure.
