The Milltek 80mm Cat Back Non-Resonated OPF-Back Exhaust System is engineered for the Audi D5 S8 4.0 TFSI V8 (2020+). This system replaces the factory OPF-equipped exhaust with a mandrel-bent T304L stainless steel design, delivering enhanced exhaust flow and a more pronounced tone character.

Constructed from T304L stainless steel with hand-finished GT-115 burnt titanium trims, this cat-back system uses OEM hangers for direct factory fitment with no modification required. The 80mm (3.15") pipe diameter maximizes scavenging efficiency while the non-resonated design eliminates acoustic dampening for full-throttle aggression. Decibel-tested for track and closed-course use.
