The Milltek 80MM Race Non-Resonated Cat-Back Exhaust System is engineered specifically for the Audi 8V RS3 (2017+). This direct factory fitment replaces the OEM silencer with a race-spec design, delivering maximum volume and flow with zero resonance tuning. Pipe diameter: 80mm (3.15"). Uses OEM hangers and mounting points - no modification required.
Constructed from T304L stainless steel with hand-finished burnt titanium trim tips. The non-resonated design eliminates the factory resonance chamber, targeting full-throttle character with no sound-deadening compromise. Race Spec Rear Silencer reduces system weight while preserving the aggressive acoustic profile at cruise and full load. Mandrel-bent throughout for consistent bore and optimized scavenging.
