Milltek 80mm Cat Back Resonated OPF-Back Exhaust System for Audi D5 S8 4.0 TFSI V8 (2020+). Direct factory fitment replacement with 80mm mandrel-bent T304L stainless steel construction, hand-finished GT-115 burnt titanium trims, and engineered resonance tuning for OE+ tone character.

Constructed from premium T304L stainless steel with CNC-formed resonance chamber, this system eliminates drone at cruise while preserving full-throttle character. Hand-finished burnt titanium tips and OEM hanger compatibility ensure installation without modification. 3.15" (80mm) pipe diameter optimizes exhaust scavenging for the D5 4.0 TFSI twin-turbo V8.
