Milltek Full Non-Resonated Exhaust - Mini Cooper S R53 - Hi-Flow Sports Catalyst & Polished Tips - SSXM009

Milltek full exhaust system for Mini Cooper S R53 (MK1). Replaces the complete OEM system from the catalyst back to the tailpipes, featuring a high-flow sports catalyst for increased flow and reduced backpressure. Non-resonated design delivers engineered tone tuned to the W11 supercharged engine's powerband.

T304L stainless steel construction with mandrel-bent piping and CNC-formed components. Polished stainless tailpipe trims. Direct factory fitment using OEM hangers and bracket locators (2004+ vehicles). Installation requires Stage 2 ECU remap for optimal performance and tune compatibility.
