Milltek full resonated exhaust system for the Mini Cooper S R53 (MK1). This turbo-back system replaces the OEM exhaust from the turbocharger to the tailpipes, engineered to deliver engineered tone while maintaining a refined, quieter note through dual resonance chambers. Includes high-flow sports catalyst for improved gas flow and reduced backpressure.

Hand-finished T304L stainless steel construction with mandrel-bent piping throughout. Direct factory fitment using OEM hangers-no modification required. Polished tailpipe trims. Compatible with 2004+ R53 models; bracket locator included for early-generation fitment. Requires Stage 2 ECU remap for optimal performance and engine management integration.
