Milltek 80mm V2 Cat Back Large-Bore Downpipe with Hi-Flow Sports Cat for VW Golf R MK7 (EA888 engine). Direct factory fitment — requires pairing with Milltek 80mm Cat-Back Exhaust System.

Engineered with larger-diameter mandrel-bent piping than OEM, this downpipe increases exhaust gas velocity and reduces flow restriction. The Hi-Flow sports catalyst maintains emissions compliance while optimizing scavenging efficiency. T304L stainless steel construction with hand-finished welds. Dyno-proven power gains when paired with a complete Milltek exhaust system.

Fitment:

  • VW Golf R MK7 (2014-2016)
  • EA888 2.0L TSI engine
  • Uses OEM hangers and mounting points
  • Direct bolt-on installation

System Requirements: Must be paired with Milltek 80mm Cat-Back Exhaust System for optimal tuning and sound character. This downpipe alone does not include rear silencer or tail pipes.

Construction: T304L stainless steel, mandrel-bent, hand-finished TIG welds. Hi-Flow catalyst core engineered for maximum flow with OE-level emissions performance.

Every system is tested for durability, tone character, and measurable power delivery — not guesswork.

Fits Milltek Cat-Back.

Designed and manufactured in the UK with 40+ years of performance exhaust heritage. Tested at the Nurburgring.
