PFS BMW/Toyota B58 Port Injection Kit

The PFS B58 Port Injection Kit adds supplemental fueling through a dedicated plate and fuel rail. The system includes the required fuel-line hardware and is available with optional genuine US-made DeatschWerks injectors and an optional Motiv Reflex controller.

Kit Contents

• PFS port-injection plate
• PFS fuel rail
• Fuel-fitting adapter with 1/8-in. NPT port for an LPFP sensor
• Genuine Parker 801 fuel hose
• Two -6ORB to -6AN 90-degree adapters
• Six OEM gaskets
• Seven M6 bolts and two countersunk M6 bolts
• Optional set of six 550 cc or 900 cc DeatschWerks injectors
• Optional Motiv Reflex controller; application-specific harness sold separately by Motiv

Fitment

Fits many Gen 1 and B58TU BMW/Toyota applications, including compatible F-Series BMW, Toyota Supra, and BMW Z4 models. Does not fit 2021-and-newer G-Series configurations where the plate interferes with the alternator.

Required Charge Pipe

An aftermarket charge pipe with the required additional length is mandatory. A compatible one-inch-longer VTT silicone charge pipe is available for applicable configurations.

Calibration and Safety

Port injection requires a compatible controller, wiring, fuel-system configuration, and professional calibration. Installation and tuning should be completed by qualified personnel, followed by a thorough leak and function check.
