PFS Bucketless Double Shot External Series Fuel Pump Upgrade
The PFS External Series combines a bucketless dual-pump assembly with a dedicated 3/8-inch quick-disconnect outlet for the secondary pump. The independent outlet allows the second pump to feed the supplied external line without routing through the factory jet pump, filter, or pressure regulator.
Kit Includes
- 2 E85-compatible Walbro F9000274 pumps
- 2 new Walbro filters, with HydraMat options when selected
- Fused secondary-pump wiring harness
- Hobbs switch and fuel-pump relay
- 3/8-inch quick-disconnect fitting on the passenger-side top hat
- -6 feed lines from both sides of the tank to the front of the vehicle
- PFS 10-micron filter with selected outlet fitting
- Flow testing before shipment
Available Options
Current product options may include an external fuel-pressure regulator with return line, filter outlet fitting, passenger-side return fitting, and HydraMat filters. Contact VTT before ordering if the system must integrate with a port-injection kit or custom fuel-line layout.
Fitment
Fits applicable BMW 1 Series and 3 Series applications only. It does not fit 5 Series vehicles. Professional installation, appropriate wiring protection, fuel-system inspection, and calibration are required.
