PFS S58 Port-Injection Block-Off Kit
The PFS S58 Block-Off Kit seals the injector ports left in a drilled factory intake manifold when a port-injection system is removed. It allows the existing PFS rail to retain the blanks or can be ordered with a replacement rail so the original PI assembly remains complete.
Kit Contents
- Six injector-port blanks
- Optional replacement fuel rail, when selected
Installation Overview
- Remove the port-injection wiring, hoses, injectors, and related hardware.
- Install the six blanks into the prepared manifold ports.
- Install the existing or optional replacement rail.
- Secure the rail with the three factory screws.
- Confirm every port is sealed before operation.
Fitment
Designed for S58 factory intake manifolds previously drilled for the compatible PFS port-injection kit.
Safety Note
Depressurize the fuel system before service. After installation, perform a complete vacuum, boost, and fuel leak inspection. Professional installation is recommended.
