VTT G8X S58 High-Performance Drop-In Air Filters
These direct-replacement S58 filters use reusable pre-oiled cotton media and heat-resistant silicone bases. They install in the factory G8X airboxes or pair with VTT carbon-fiber intake lids for a serviceable, high-flow filter upgrade.

VTT’s shop M3 averaged 726.67 WHP across three factory-lid/filter runs and 739.93 WHP across three runs using VTT carbon lids and these filters. The 13.26 WHP average delta applies to that combined lid-and-filter test on that vehicle; individual results vary.

Installation and Service
Typical installation time is 15–30 minutes. When using the factory lids, VTT recommends removing the secondary pre-filter for maximum airflow. Clean and re-oil the filters according to the supplied service guidance; do not over-oil.
