VTT 8V RS3/8S TTRS Silicone Charge Pipes

Replace the multi-piece factory charge-pipe arrangement with a matched pair of thick, wire-reinforced silicone pipes. The molded transitions maintain smooth bends while increasing cross-sectional area through the main charge-air path.

Construction and Sizing

• Six-ply, heat-resistant, wire-reinforced silicone construction
• Rated for charge pressures above 200 psi
• Hot side starts at 55 mm (2.16 inches), expands to 70 mm (2.75 inches), and continues to the intercooler
• Cold side starts at 70 mm (2.75 inches) at the intercooler and expands to 76 mm (3 inches) at the throttle body
• Two primary connections per pipe replace the factory multi-connection layout

Installation

Professional installation is recommended. Seat each pipe fully, position the clamps behind the connection beads, confirm clearance from hot or moving components, and pressure-test the complete charge-air system before operating under boost.
