VTT Audi 2.5 TFSI Modular External PCV Plate

The VTT modular PCV plate closes the factory crankcase-ventilation ports and provides a flexible foundation for an external breather or catch-can system. Multiple package levels let the system match the vehicle’s layout and intended use.

Configuration Options

• Plate-only configuration for custom plumbing
• Kit 1: vent-to-atmosphere high-side configuration; does not retain the factory engine cover
• Kit 2: recirculating configuration that works with the factory engine cover, although slight trimming may be required
• Complete-system choices may include the VTT catch can, plate, fittings, check valves, silicone hoses, and an oil-cap breather as selected

Modular Design

The plate uses replaceable fittings so the routing can be adapted to the build. Select every option carefully and confirm whether the engine cover will be retained before ordering.

Installation and Service

Professional installation is recommended. Route all hoses away from heat and moving components, verify check-valve direction, pressure-test the intake connections, and inspect and drain the catch can at regular service intervals.
