VTT BMW N54/N55 Billet Power-Steering Pulley
The factory plastic power-steering pulley on compatible N54 and early N55 BMWs can crack or contact the subframe, potentially throwing the serpentine belt. The VTT billet pulley replaces that plastic component with a CNC-machined aluminum part of similar weight.

Fitment
Fits compatible N54 and early N55 E-Series applications with hydraulic power steering, including listed E82/E88 and E90/E91/E92/E93 variants. Verify the original pulley and pump configuration before ordering.

Installation
Inspect the belt, tensioner, idlers, crank seal area, pump, and subframe clearance during installation. Follow the factory fastener and belt-routing procedure, rotate the engine by hand to confirm alignment, and recheck after the first heat cycle.
