VTT BMW M12x1.50 Wheel-Stud Kit

Convert compatible BMW wheel mounting from bolts to extended studs for easier wheel changes and support for many spacer and motorsport configurations.

Package Options

Available as a 10-piece set for one axle or a 20-piece set for the complete vehicle. Matching black open-end lug nuts are included.

Fitment

Confirm the vehicle uses M12x1.50 hub threads and that the stud length, wheel seat, lug nut, brake package, and any installed spacer are compatible. Sufficient thread engagement and hub-to-wheel contact are mandatory.

Installation

Apply medium-strength threadlocker to the short hub-side thread, install the studs to 10 ft-lb, mount the wheel, and tighten the lug nuts in a star pattern to the vehicle manufacturer’s specification. Recheck torque after 25–50 miles.

Finish Care

Black oxide is a protective conversion finish, not a permanent barrier coating. Exposure to moisture and road salt can produce surface oxidation. A light film of WD-40 or a comparable corrosion inhibitor can help preserve the finish.
