VTT DQ500 Billet Transmission Oil Tube Kit
The factory plastic DQ500 oil tubes can be difficult to remove intact during differential or internal transmission service. This kit replaces them with durable CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum tubes, anodized black and supplied with new Viton seals.
Kit Contents
- Two short large tubes
- One short medium tube
- Two short small tubes
- Three tall small tubes
- Sixteen Viton O-rings
- Optional additional O-ring set when selected
Application
Intended for DQ500 transmission service, including installations where the original plastic tubes are likely to be damaged during removal. Confirm transmission code and internal configuration before ordering.
Installation
Transmission disassembly and internal component service should be performed by an experienced technician. Lubricate the O-rings with a compatible assembly lubricant, seat each tube squarely, and verify correct placement before reassembly.
