VTT BMW E90/E91 Carbon-Fiber Headlight Duct

Replace the passenger-side headlight with a lightweight functional air inlet for a race or high-performance intake system. The VTT duct combines a full pre-preg carbon-fiber housing with an integrated 6-inch velocity stack for a smooth, high-flow entry.

Confirmed Fitment

Designed for pre-LCI BMW E90 sedan and E91 touring body styles, including supported 3 Series and E90 M3 applications. Engine configuration does not determine body-panel fitment.

Critical LCI Warning

This duct has not been test-fitted on LCI vehicles, and VTT cannot confirm LCI compatibility. Only pre-LCI E90/E91 fitment is confirmed. Compare the headlight shape, mounting points, and surrounding bodywork before ordering.

Race-Use Installation

Removing a headlight can affect road legality, lighting, weather sealing, and vehicle electronics. This component is intended for race and off-road applications. Support the attached inlet hose independently so its weight is not carried by the carbon-fiber duct.
