VTT M12/M14 Grade 5 Titanium Wheel Stud Kit

VTT titanium wheel-stud kits reduce unsprung mass while providing a durable stud-and-nut conversion for compatible BMW, Toyota, VAG, Honda, and other applications. Select the thread configuration that matches the vehicle hub and wheel hardware.

• Grade 5 titanium studs rated above 135,000 psi tensile strength
• Grade 5 titanium nuts with 60-degree cone seats
• 5 mm internal hex for stud installation
• 75 mm stud length
• Raw, black, and burnt finish options
• Available as 10-piece axle or 20-piece vehicle sets

Thread Options

• M14x1.5 hub thread
• M14x1.25 hub thread with M14x1.5 wheel-side thread
• M12x1.5 hub thread

Confirm the hub thread, wheel-seat profile, spacer thickness, and required thread engagement before ordering.

Measured Weight

• 20 studs and nuts: approximately 3.1 lb
• 10 studs and nuts: approximately 1.55 lb

Installation and Safety

Apply the appropriate thread-locking compound to the short hub-side threads and torque each stud to 20 ft-lb. Torque the lug nuts to the vehicle or wheel manufacturer’s specification. Recheck all studs and nuts after 25–50 miles.
