VTT MK7 MQB Silicone Charge Pipe Kit

The VTT MK7 MQB Silicone Charge Pipe Kit replaces the restrictive, multi-connection factory hot- and cold-side plumbing with two molded, six-ply, heat-resistant, wire-reinforced silicone pipes. The system is shaped for direct engine-bay fitment while providing smooth transitions and fewer potential boost-leak connections.

Why Upgrade

  • Replaces the irregular factory plastic charge-pipe routing
  • Reduces each side from four connections to two
  • Moves the charge-air path away from unnecessary engine heat transfer
  • Smooth internal bends support consistent airflow
  • Wire-reinforced silicone construction is rated for more than 200 psi

Pipe Dimensions

  • Hot side: 55 mm (2.16 in.) at the turbo outlet, opening immediately to 65 mm (2.5 in.) through the intercooler inlet
  • Cold side: 65 mm (2.5 in.) at the intercooler outlet, opening to 70 mm (2.75 in.) through the throttle body

Kit Contents

  • VTT hot-side silicone charge pipe
  • VTT cold-side silicone charge pipe
  • Four German-made, silicone-safe clamps sized to fit behind the intercooler beads

  • Volkswagen MK7 Golf 1.8T and 2.0T, including GTI, Golf R, Alltrack, and Sportwagen
  • Volkswagen MK7 Jetta GLI
  • Audi 8V A3 1.8T and 2.0T, FWD and AWD

Installation

Typical installation time is approximately 30 minutes to 1.5 hours depending on experience and vehicle configuration.
