VTT N54 Replacement CHRA Pair

Rebuild compatible N54 turbocharger assemblies with a matched pair of VTT center housing rotating assemblies. Choose the applicable OEM or Stage 1 specification and either rebuilt or brand-new construction.

New or Rebuilt Options

• Brand new: new housings, wheels, and internal components as selected; no core charge applies
• Rebuilt: built from compatible N54 cores; the listed core-charge terms apply

Construction

Each pair is hand assembled to the selected specification. Depending on the options chosen, the build may include new cast bearing housings, billet compressor wheels, upgraded TD04 thrust components, and new internal hardware. Each unit goes through the applicable balancing procedures before shipment.

This listing is for replacement CHRAs, not complete turbocharger assemblies. Correct disassembly, housing inspection, clearancing, assembly, wastegate setup, and installation are required. Choose the core, build, and component options carefully before ordering.
