VTT BMW N54 Silicone Turbo Inlets

VTT silicone inlets replace the restrictive factory N54 inlet plumbing with thick, wire-reinforced silicone designed for demanding underhood conditions. Flexible construction limits heat transfer compared with metal inlet tubes positioned near hot engine components.

DV and BOV Options

All versions use the same molded inlet design with connection bungs. Recirculating-DV packages receive the applicable 90-degree barbed fittings; BOV configurations receive plugs for unused bungs.

PTC Heater

The rear-inlet PTC heater is primarily relevant when the vehicle retains the factory crankcase-ventilation arrangement and operates in freezing climates. Select the option that matches the vehicle and PCV configuration.

Fitment and Installation

Select the exact chassis because routing differs by application. Confirm turbo inlet size, filter layout, PCV system, and DV/BOV configuration. Professional installation is recommended, followed by a complete inspection for kinks, leaks, and clearance.
