VTT BMW N54 PCV Delete Adapter

Convert the BMW N54 to an external PCV arrangement with a billet adapter that blocks the factory intake-port PCV passages at the original connection and provides a -8 male outlet for external plumbing.

Construction

Head-Port Considerations

The adapter blocks the intake-port passages without requiring direct cylinder-head plugs for many configurations. For engines operating at approximately 25 psi or higher, VTT recommends installing the N54 head-port block-off kit so boost pressure is not applied through the internal passages to the valve-cover-gasket area.

Installation

This fitting is one component of a complete external PCV system. Route the -8 line to a correctly sized catch-can and check-valve arrangement, verify crankcase vacuum and pressure under all operating conditions, and pressure-test the system after installation.
