Finish a compatible VTT valve cover with corrosion-resistant titanium fasteners that reduce weight and add a premium machined appearance.

Fastener Specifications

• M6x30 thread size
• Approximately 16.3 mm umbrella-style head
• Titanium construction
• Approximately half the weight of a comparable steel fastener

Available Finishes

• Burnt titanium
• Black titanium
• Natural titanium

Color and heat-treated finish can vary slightly between fasteners and production batches.

Installation

Start every fastener by hand, use the correct sequence, and tighten only to the applicable valve-cover specification. Titanium hardware does not justify additional torque; overtightening can damage the cover, gasket, or cylinder-head threads.
