VTT Billet BMW N54/N55 Vacuum and Boost Adapter

Add accurate manifold vacuum and boost-reference ports without drilling the intake manifold. The VTT adapter installs inline at the throttle-body connection and provides two 1/8-inch NPT ports for BOV, port-injection, gauge, controller, or data-logging references.

True Manifold Reference

The adapter provides a post-throttle signal, making it suitable for devices that require both vacuum and boost rather than charge-pipe pressure alone. Its inline design retains the intended position of adjacent sensors instead of spacing them away from the original measurement point.

Construction

• CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum adapter
• Black anodized finish
• Two 1/8-inch NPT accessory ports
• Steel plugs and blue-anodized barb fittings in applicable kits

Kit Choices

• Adapter only: Bare adapter for a custom configuration
• Basic kit: Adapter, one straight or 90-degree 1/4-inch barb, one plug, one vacuum cap, and one zip tie
• Dual-barb kit: Adapter, two barbs, one vacuum cap, and one zip tie

Fitment

Designed for BMW N54 applications and selected N55 configurations. N55 fitment is limited; confirm the throttle-body connection and surrounding clearance before ordering.

Installation

Use thread sealant appropriate for 1/8-inch NPT fittings, keep sealant out of the passages, cap every unused port, and leak-test the complete intake and vacuum system after installation.
