VTT DAZA/DNWA Billet Intake Manifold

Designed to improve airflow through the factory intake path while adding durable billet construction to the engine bay. The VTT manifold uses CNC-machined 6061-T6 components, CFD-assisted port and plenum development, and O-ring-sealed joints in place of conventional plenum and throttle-spacer gaskets.

Design Features

Configuration Options

• Complete manifold: billet plenum, billet runners, selected billet throttle elbow, and billet throttle spacer
• Plenum upgrade: billet plenum and billet throttle spacer, with the selected billet throttle elbow available as configured

Test Results

In VTT testing on the development vehicle, the manifold combination produced gains of 29 WHP and 28 WTQ at 5,500 rpm and 19 WHP and 14 WTQ at 7,500 rpm. Results vary with calibration, boost, fuel, turbocharger, engine condition, and supporting hardware.

Fitment and Installation

Designed for supported Audi DAZA and DNWA 2.5 TFSI applications. Confirm the selected manifold package, throttle-body arrangement, port fittings, fuel-system clearance, and calibration before ordering. Professional installation is recommended; inspect every O-ring and connection and pressure-test the intake system before operation.
