VTT BMW N54 GC 2.0 / GC+ Turbochargers

The GC 2.0 replaces factory-frame restrictions with all-new stock-location castings designed around power, response, fitment, and durability. Every major housing and rotating component is purpose-built for the VTT GC platform.

Power Capability

Supported power range: stock through approximately 850 WHP by configuration, with the required fuel, airflow, engine, drivetrain, and calibration package.

GC+ Compressor Option

The available GC+ compressor option provides approximately 10–15 percent additional compressor flow over the standard GC wheel. Final output depends on configuration, calibration, fuel, boost, engine condition, and supporting hardware.

Required Inlet and Outlet Hardware

Factory inlets and factory hot-side charge plumbing do not fit these turbochargers. Compatible 2-inch inlets and the correct VTT silicone or aluminum outlet are required. Confirm BOV/DV connection and vehicle-specific routing.

Fitment and Supporting Systems

Specify the exact N54 vehicle and select all required plumbing. Pricing is for the pair, and no core charge is required. A compatible calibration plus adequate fuel, intercooling, cold-side charge pipe, BOV/DV, PCV, engine, and drivetrain support are required.

Warranty

VTT turbocharger systems include a one-year limited warranty. Review the current warranty, installation, oil, and emissions terms during checkout.

Competition Use Only

These parts are legal for use only in competition racing vehicles as defined under California law and are not legal for use in any other motor vehicle. California law defines a racing vehicle as a competition vehicle not used on public highways (California Health & Safety Code 39048). Competition-only vehicles must be operated exclusively on a closed course in conjunction with a sanctioned racing event and transported to the event by trailer or other carrier. Use in any other vehicle may violate federal and/or state law, void the VTT warranty, and void the vehicle manufacturer’s warranty. The purchaser is responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.
