VTT BMW N54 GC Lite 2.0 Turbochargers

The GC Lite 2.0 is an all-new stock-location N54 twin-turbocharger system designed to combine rapid response with substantially more airflow than a factory-frame hybrid.

Power Capability

Supported power range: stock through approximately 700 WHP with the required fuel, airflow, engine, drivetrain, and calibration package.

Purpose-Built Construction

  • All-new compressor, bearing, turbine, and manifold castings
  • High-flow 9-blade TD04L turbine wheels
  • Billet compressor wheels
  • Performance-upgraded thrust systems
  • Revised internal flow area and turbine-housing A/R

Required Inlet and Outlet Hardware

Factory inlets and factory hot-side charge plumbing do not fit these turbochargers. Compatible 2-inch inlets and the correct VTT silicone hot-side outlet are required. Existing VTT silicone outlets may be reusable after removing the stock-frame adapters; confirm the exact version before installation.

Options and Fitment

Select BOV- or DV-style inlet connections, the exact vehicle model, and any desired ceramic coating. Pricing is for the pair, and no core charge is required. Contact VTT before sending original turbochargers for any current buyback program.

Supporting Systems and Warranty

A compatible calibration plus adequate fuel, intercooling, cold-side charge pipe, BOV/DV, PCV, engine, and drivetrain support are required. VTT turbocharger systems include a one-year limited warranty.

Competition Use Only

These parts are legal for use only in competition racing vehicles as defined under California law and are not legal for use in any other motor vehicle. California law defines a racing vehicle as a competition vehicle not used on public highways (California Health & Safety Code 39048). Competition-only vehicles must be operated exclusively on a closed course in conjunction with a sanctioned racing event and transported to the event by trailer or other carrier. Use in any other vehicle may violate federal and/or state law, void the VTT warranty, and void the vehicle manufacturer’s warranty. The purchaser is responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.
