Turbosmart Kompact EM VR9 DV for BMW N55

Upgrade the factory electronic diverter valve while retaining OE electronic control. The Kompact EM is a direct plug-and-play replacement for supported N55 turbocharger applications and requires no external solenoid, vacuum hose, or adapter assembly.

Choose the Venting Configuration

• Plumb Back: recirculates all bypassed air into the intake in the same general manner as the factory valve
• Dual Port: recirculates during the first portion of travel and vents the remaining flow to atmosphere for an audible release

Fitment

Confirm the turbocharger uses the compatible OE electronic diverter-valve mounting pattern and connector. This is not a universal flange valve. Turbocharger model, compressor housing, and installed intake plumbing must match the selected application.

Installation

Inspect the mounting surface and connector, lubricate O-rings only with a compatible lubricant, and tighten fasteners evenly. Verify valve operation, boost control, and leak-free plumbing before hard use.
