VTT BMW N54 Aluminum Turbo Outlet

The factory N54 turbo outlet uses small passages and an abrupt Y-section that can restrict airflow before the intercooler. The VTT aluminum outlet replaces that layout with full 1.5-inch tubing from the turbochargers and a smooth transition into a single 2.5-inch outlet.

The result is a cleaner, less restrictive charge-air path that supports efficient turbocharger operation without using unnecessarily oversized tubing that can reduce airflow velocity and delay torque response.

CONNECTION OPTIONS

INSTALLATION NOTE

The assembly terminates in a 2.5-inch bead-rolled connection. Reuse the appropriate intercooler inlet hose or a compatible aftermarket coupler for your intercooler setup.
