VTT BMW N54 90-Degree Coolant-Tank Fitting
Improve coolant-hose clearance and routing when relocating the expansion tank for a single-turbo conversion, forward-facing intake manifold, or other modified N54 engine-bay layout.
Improved Routing
The 90-degree outlet directs the hose downward instead of straight outward, creating additional clearance for intake and turbocharger plumbing and allowing a cleaner hose path.
Construction
CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and black anodized for corrosion resistance and a durable finish.

Installation
Verify the hose diameter and tank connection before installation. Route the hose without kinks or contact with sharp edges or exhaust heat, refill and bleed the cooling system using the BMW service procedure, and inspect for leaks after the first heat cycle.
