VTT BMW N54 Vacuum-Pump Block-Off Plate

Seal the factory vacuum-pump mounting location when removing the N54 high-pressure fuel pump or converting away from the original direct-injection system. The application-specific plate prevents engine-oil leakage at the open mounting surface.

Application

For dedicated BMW N54 builds that remove the factory HPFP/direct-injection drive arrangement and no longer require the original vacuum-pump configuration.

Removing the vacuum pump and direct-injection hardware requires a complete plan for fuel delivery, braking vacuum, engine management, wiring, and calibration. Remove or safely terminate the associated fuel lines and components using the correct service procedures.
