VTT N54 Wastegate Repair Kit

Repair worn factory N54 wastegate hardware and address wastegate rattle without replacing otherwise serviceable turbochargers. One kit services both turbochargers.

Upgraded Hardware

• Wear-matched stainless-steel bushings and flapper assemblies
• 12.6 mm / 1/2-inch flapper arms and bushings in place of the smaller factory design
• 8 mm rod-end connections
• Stainless-steel 8 mm retaining clips

Kit Includes

One complete set for both turbochargers: bushings, flapper assemblies, wastegate arms, rod ends, and retaining clips.

Installation Requirements

Assembly is required. The turbochargers must be removed from the vehicle and the original wastegate assemblies removed from the housings. The new assemblies must be pressed into place and welded by a qualified welder. Improperly installed wastegate assemblies are not covered by warranty and cannot be returned.
