VTT Cold-Side Charge Pipe and Turbosmart BOV Kit

Replace the failure-prone factory plastic charge pipe and diverter-valve arrangement with a TIG-welded aluminum cold-side charge pipe and an optional genuine Turbosmart RacePort blow-off valve.

Charge-Pipe Construction

• TIG-welded aluminum charge pipe
• Two 1/8-inch NPT auxiliary ports
• BOV flange for the supported Turbosmart RacePort or TiAL-style configuration

• Cold-side charge pipe
• 45-degree silicone adapter
• Two 1/8-inch NPT plugs
• Two T-bolt clamps
• Model-dependent diverter-valve block-off caps
• 24 inches of vacuum hose
• Optional Turbosmart RacePort BOV with the correct orange spring installed

Fitment

• BMW E-series N54 135i and 335i applications
• BMW E-series N55 applications

Does not fit the N54 Z4 or 5 Series. Verify throttle-body, intercooler, and BOV configuration before ordering.

Installation

Use a true manifold-vacuum/boost reference for the BOV, tighten all clamps evenly, cap unused NPT ports with thread sealant appropriate for the application, and pressure-test the complete charge system after installation.
