VTT BMW N63/N63TU and S63/S63TU Stage 1 Turbocharger Upgrade

Move a supported twin-turbo V8 beyond the factory compressor capability while retaining the original-location turbocharger architecture. VTT Stage 1 units are rebuilt with factory-spec internal components, machined compressor housings, and application-specific billet compressor wheels.

Power Capability

Supported power range: stock through approximately 800 WHP with the required fuel, airflow, engine, drivetrain, cooling, and calibration package.

Hybrid Build Process

• Fresh turbocharger rebuild using factory-spec internal components
• Machined original compressor housings
• Custom VTT billet compressor wheels
• Individual wheel, CHRA, and final assembly balancing

Model Selection

N63, N63TU, S63, and S63TU configurations are not interchangeable. Select the exact engine and specify the complete vehicle model and production year when ordering. Pricing is for the pair of turbochargers.

Core Program

This product uses original housings and may require a refundable core charge or customer-supplied cores, depending on the selected option. Production cannot begin on a send-in-first order until acceptable cores are received. Core eligibility and refunds follow the current VTT core-return policy.

Installation and Supporting Systems

Professional installation and a compatible calibration are required. Inspect all oil and coolant lines, drains, intake and charge plumbing, PCV components, heat shielding, and related hardware. Confirm adequate fuel, cooling, and drivetrain support for the intended output.

Warranty

VTT turbocharger systems include a one-year limited warranty. Review the current warranty, core, installation, oil, and emissions terms during checkout.

Competition Use Only

These parts are legal for use only in competition racing vehicles as defined under California law and are not legal for use in any other motor vehicle. California law defines a racing vehicle as a competition vehicle not used on public highways (California Health & Safety Code 39048). Competition-only vehicles must be operated exclusively on a closed course in conjunction with a sanctioned racing event and transported to the event by trailer or other carrier. Use in any other vehicle may violate federal and/or state law, void the VTT warranty, and void the vehicle manufacturer’s warranty. The purchaser is responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.
