VTT DAZA/DNWA GC and GC+ Turbocharger Upgrade

A complete bolt-pattern turbocharger upgrade built around new VTT castings rather than modified core housings. The custom 310 stainless turbine housing and manifold use improved runner geometry and a larger 0.85 A/R turbine section while retaining the factory installation footprint for compatible lines and downpipes.

Common Features

  • New complete turbocharger; no core required
  • Custom 310 stainless turbine housing and manifold
  • Factory-footprint installation for compatible stock-style lines and downpipes
  • Three-inch barbed compressor inlet
  • Included reinforced three-to-four-inch silicone inlet for four-inch intake systems
  • Journal-bearing center section with upgraded thrust hardware
  • Choice of factory vacuum-style or boost-controlled actuator; boost-control conversion requires appropriate calibration changes

GC Configuration

The GC uses a 60/55 mm Mar-M246 nine-blade reverse-rotation turbine with a 9 mm shaft and a 58/76 mm compressor (81.24 mm extended tip). The previous listing identifies a typical target range of approximately 600–650 WHP, depending on fuel, calibration, engine condition, and supporting hardware.

GC+ Configuration

The GC+ uses a 68/62 mm Mar-M246 reverse-rotation turbine with a 9 mm shaft and a 68/84 mm ten-blade compressor (90 mm extended tip). The previous listing identifies a typical target range of approximately 800–850 WHP with an appropriate complete combination. Output is not guaranteed and depends on the full vehicle setup.

Fitment and Installation

Designed for supported Audi DAZA and DNWA 2.5 TFSI applications. Confirm engine code, downpipe, intake, fuel system, actuator strategy, and calibration before ordering. Professional installation and calibration are required; inspect all oil, coolant, intake, exhaust, and control connections before operation.
