BMW S55 Turbocharger Installation Kit

Have the common sealing components on hand before removing the original S55 turbochargers. This kit groups the gaskets, O-rings, and exhaust hardware normally replaced during a supported turbocharger installation.

• 2 exhaust-manifold gaskets
• 20 exhaust-manifold nuts
• 2 oil-drain gaskets
• 2 oil-drain O-rings
• 4 oil-feed O-rings
• 6 coolant-connection O-rings
• 2 turbo-to-downpipe gaskets
• 2 downpipe-to-exhaust gaskets

Fitment

For supported BMW S55 turbocharger applications. Confirm the exact chassis, production date, turbocharger configuration, and exhaust hardware before ordering. Additional clamps, lines, fasteners, fluids, or model-specific parts may be required.

Installation

Turbocharger work must be completed by a qualified technician. Clean every sealing surface, lubricate new O-rings with the correct fluid, follow the BMW torque sequence, prime the turbochargers, bleed the cooling system, and inspect carefully for oil, coolant, exhaust, and boost leaks.
